Leviticus 6
- No one shall commit robbery, or lie about having something that belongs to your neighbor
- Repayment shall be the whole cost plus 20% extra.
- How could you not know if you stole from your neighbor?
- They shall sacrifice an unblemished ram as a guilt offering and then be forgiven of the offense.
- How did they keep the alter constantly burning?
- Did they keep the offerings burning at night when they traveled?
- The ashes of the burnt offerings are kept beside the alter
- Peace offerings were burnt during the day.
- Grain offerings - handful of grain, frankensence, and oil shall be burnt as a memorial offering.
- How often is this to be done?
- Aaron and his sons should eat it unleavened.
- What did the priests wives eat?
- When a son was annointed the were to give 2.2 liters of fine flour and it shall be burned on the alter before they take their position as priest. This may NOT be eaten.
- Sin offering: sin offering is killed in the same place as the burnt offering.
- They were to eat all of the sin offering without blood in it.

Proverbs 22
- It's better to have a good name than riches.
- The wise see danger and avoid it.
- Fear of the Lord is the reward for humility.
- Need to train up children in ways of the Lord.

- A scoffer brings strife, quarreling, and abuse.
- If speech is gracious, rulers will be your friend.

- The rod (spanking) drives foolishness our from a child.

- Do not mistreat the poor afflicted.
- Do not hang out with an angry man because you might become angry yourself.

Acts 4
- 5,000 people heard JOhn and Peter and believed in Christ. John and Peter were put in custody by the Sadducees.
- Annas the high priest and Caiaphas and John and Alexander were all there. Annas and Caiaphas put Jesus to death.
- Peter said that they healed the man by the power of Christ who they crucified.
- Peter also says that only the name of Jesus can save men.
- They saw Peter was uneducated and were astonished at what he said.
- They told John and Peter not to speak any more in Jesus' name.
- Peter and John said they must listen to God over them.
- They must speak the truth which they have seen and heard.
- They couldn't dispute the healing of the 40 year old man, so they released them.
- The believers rejoiced when they heard what the priests had said.
- They prayed that God would give them boldness against threats against them.
- The place was shaken and everyone was filled with the Holy Spirit.
- All the believers shared everything they had.
- The believers were selling all they had to provide for their fellow believers.
Philippians 4
- Paul encoureges them to stand strong in the Lord.
- Paul tells them to work with fellow believers.
- Always rejoice in the Lord.
- Everyone should see my reasonableness
- Don't be anxious about anything but take it to God in prayer.
- The peace of God will guard your heart.
- whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
- Paul reminds them to live out what they have learned and know to be true.
- What does Paul mean they had no opportunity?
- Paul has learned to be content in any situation.
- Paul can be content in plenty or in want through Christ who strengthens him.
- The Philippian church was the only one in Macedonia who took care of Paul when he was there.
- They even cared for Paul in Thessolonica.
- The Philippians sent more gits to Paul with Epaphroditus
- Some of Caesar's house sent their greetings too
